Free pickup

Chic Twice pickup is free. Available time windows are confirmed after a request is submitted.

Item condition

Items must be freshly washed, fully dry, authentic, safe and immediately wearable. Chic Twice may decline items that do not meet its resale standards.

Resale and donor value

Accepted items become the property of Chic Twice and may be resold. Donors do not receive a cash payout or charitable tax receipt. Resale revenue supports collection, processing, resale operations and the Chic Twice impact program.

Declined items

Declined items are returned without charge or redirected only after the donor provides permission. No item is represented as sellable before quality review.

Changes and cancellation

Pickups may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge until two hours before the selected window. Availability and time windows are not guaranteed until confirmation.
